Pattern Notes This pattern is worked in rows from a central foundation. The foundation is made in stacked rows, then work is turned so that first row is worked into sides of foundation rows. When second side of wrap is worked, stitches are worked into free side of stacked rows foundation.
Chains count individually when skipping stitches.
Weave in tails after blocking to avoid puckering the fabric.

Finishing
Pin out to open lace pattern and steam or wet block. Once dry weave in all tails.

So this is a mirror pattern out from the foundation center. I had to read the pattern a couple of times to get it. Should be interesting to try.
