Pattern Notes
Body is worked in one piece from the bottom up to the underarms. Chain sts are added for the left sleeve then the left front and sleeve are worked to the shoulder. Chain sts are added for the right sleeve then the back, and back sleeves are worked to the shoulder. Then the right front and sleeve are worked to the shoulder. The back and front sleeves are joined, then ribbing is worked along the lower edge, button bands, neckline and cuffs by working hdc-blo side-to-side and joining to the body as they are worked.Â

Pull the loop on the hook so it is long and won’t unravel. Remove the hook and set the working yarn aside.

Block piece to measurements.
Join Shoulders
Turn work inside-out so the right sides of the sleeves are facing each other. With larger hook, join yarn at sleeve cuff of one sleeve, and *join the tops of the front and back sleeve together by working sc into the back loop of the sleeve closest to you and the front loop of the sleeve away from you; rep from * to the neck edge. Fasten off.
Rep for the other sleeve.
Lower Ribbing        Â
Note: Lower ribbing begins by working a single row along the selvedge edge of the left front, then is worked side-to-side, joining to the lower edge of the body around to the right front, where a single row is worked along the right front selvedge edge, which continues into the buttonhole band.
With RS facing and smaller hook, join yarn to neck edge of left front, ch 2, work 67 (67, 67, 70, 70, 73, 73) hdc evenly down left front edge, ch 13. Rotate work to work into the back loop of the foundation ch, with the RS still facing.

Sleeve Cuffs
Set-up Rnd: With RS facing and smaller hook, join yarn with a sl st at foundation ch “seam” of sleeve cuff, work 82 (82, 94, 94, 106, 106, 118) sc evenly around sleeve cuff, sl st into first st to join, ch 13, turn.
Note: Cuff sts are worked back and forth over the ch sts, joining to every other sc on sleeve as it is worked around. The number of sc worked on the set-up rnd will equal the number of rows for the cuff. The number of sts suggested above results in a sleeve cuff that meas 13 (13, 14¾, 14¾, 16¾, 16¾, 18¾)”. Adjust the number of sc sts on the set-up rnd to make your sleeve cuff fit how you’d like it.
