Pattern Notes
Each boot is made in 3 sections: The leg cuff, heel and then foot.
The leg cuff is made in one panel, sewn together and then the heel is made directly onto the cuff, working right into the foot.
The ch 3 at the beginning of the row will count as the first dc stitch. When finishing the next row, dc in between the ch2 and first dc to create the last stitch. This will create a smooth edge on end of the row and a smooth join for each row.
The sl st at the end of each row will not count as a stitch.
You will create 2 of each size to complete the set.

Finishing for All Sizes
Turn boot wrong side out, using the yarn needle sew the end of toe together. Next, sew the heel together.
To finish, using the sewing needle and thread, sew 4 buttons evenly down the side of the leg boot cuff.
It says in the small to begin with ch 33 but then says to dc in the third chain across….saying 34 will now be on your hook. HOW CAN THAT BE???
I am thoroughly confused with the heal/foot portion. Is there a video tutorial anywhere?
Unfortunately, I’m not aware of a video tutorial for this pattern. I suggest reaching out to Kristi for advice: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/cozy-slipper-socks-4
Need to know how much yarn to buy for the large size.
Your information states 2 skeins but not for which size.
Thank you
Hi Rita, the 2 skeins is for the X-Small size. Hope this helps.
How many skeins for the large size?
Hi Sharon, unfortunately I am not sure. I would maybe double the amount of yarn at least. – Nicola, Editor
