Notions: Tapestry needle, 15” zipper, matching sewing thread, needle for sewing, 12 mm crystal clear round flat back sew on gems (20 pieces), 6mm crystal clear acrylic rhinestones (84 pieces), fabric glue, 15” pillow form

Row 2: Ch 2, sk first st, *Fpsc, Fphdc, Fpdc, 3 Fptr, Fdc, Fphdc; rep from * 7 times to last 2 sts, Fpsc, sc in 5th ch of t ch, turn.
Row 3: Ch 2, sk first st, *sc, in tr 2 rows below, hdc in next st, dc in next st, tr in next 3 sts, dc in next st, hdc in next st; rep from * 7 times to last 2 sts, sc in tr 2 rows below, sc in 2nd ch of tch, turn.

Attaching Stones
Rhinestones will be attached to the sc sts on front side of the cushion, follow diagram to see placement of sew-on gems and stick-on rhinestones.
Seaming Edges
Fold in half and join yarn to edge of front side of cushion. Join edges with sl st evenly on both sides. Do not cut yarn on second edge, ch 1 and continue to sl st around top open edges of cushion, join with sl st. Fasten off.
Sew zipper along open edge of cushion using matching thread.
