I like this pattern especially for petite size women. It’s delicate and feminine looking.

I was wondering what the weight of the yarn is? Would Premiers Cotton Faire work? It’s a #2 or do I need a DK or ww? Also when working the front and the back, in each section is it possible to add a couple rows to make the length in the waist longer? Thank you.
