This beautiful cardigan is worked from one cuff to the other. It follows a wonderful textured pattern that creates vertical stripes for a flattering look.

Special Stitches
Bdc: From back, dc around the pole of the dc on previous row.
Fdc: From front, dc around the pole of the dc on previous row.
2dc-cluster: (Wrap yarn around hook, insert hook into next st, wrap yarn around hook, pull yarn through 2 loops on hook) twice, wrap yarn around hook, pull through all loops on hook. (Make 1 sts out of 2)
Beg-2dc-cluster: Ch 2, dc in next st. (Make 1 st out of 2)
Dsc (Decrease sc, making 1 sc out of 2 sc): (Insert hook into the next sc, wrap yarn around hook pull through) twice, wrap yarn around hook and pull through all loops on hook.
Ribbing Pattern
Row 1: Dc in 3rd ch from hook, dc in each and every ch across. Turn.

Finishing
Sew the side and underarm seam.
Bottom Edge
Row 1: With RS facing and at the edge of left front, attach yarn, ch 1, work 2 sc in the side of every dc and sc in the side of every sc. Turn.
Rows 2-5: Ch 1, sc in each and every sc. Turn. Fasten off at the end of row 5.
Front and Neckband
Row 1: With RS facing and at the edge of the right front, sc in every st. For the back neck, work 2 sc in the side of every dc and sc in the side of every sc. For the left front work sc in every st across. Turn.
Rows 2-4: Ch 1, sc in every sc. At the left and right front neckline point work 2 sc in next sc and at the inner corner of front and back on both right and left front dsc. Turn.
Row 5 (Buttonhole Row): Ch 1, sc in next 15 (15, 20) sc, (ch 3, skip next 3 sc, sc in next 8 sc) 5 times, ch 3, 2 sc in next sc at the right front edge, continue as row 2 to end. Turn.
Rows 6-8: Work as row 2.
Rnd 9: With right side facing, work reverse sc around the front bands and the bottom edge. Fasten off.
Block cardigan to size.
Sew buttons opposite from buttonholes.

Yes, I posted that photo because people were complaining about not being able to see the length and what was going on at the bottom edge.
I wish you had pictures of the products of the patterns; in fact I have never see ANY patterns without pics.
