X-stitch
Note: Work the second dc in front of first dc in each crossed pair.
Chain a multiple of 2 stitches.
Row 1: Dc in 4th chain from hook, (working in front of first st) dc in the 3rd skipped chain, *sk 1 st, dc in next st, (working in front of previous st) dc in skipped st;* repeat from * to * across.
Treble X-stitch
Note: Work the 2nd set of 3 trebles in front of the first set of 3 trebles.
Chain a multiple of 6 stitches + 1.
Row 1: Ch 2, tr in the 6th st from hook and the next 2 stitches, working in the front of 3 trs just made, tr in each of 3rd, 4th and 5th skipped chains, *sk 3 sts, 3 trs, working in the front of 3 trs just made, tr in each of 3 skipped sts;* repeat from * to * across.

Rows 5-35: Repeat rows 2-4, ending on row 3.
Change yarn to Color 2.

Row 36: Turn, ch 2, *sk 3 sts, 3 trs, working in the front of 3 trs just made, tr in each of 3 skipped sts (1 Treble X-stitch made);* repeat from * to * across, ending with dc in last st, (the last tr and dc will be in the last st).
Row 37& 38: Turn, ch 1, sk first dc, sc in each st across.
Row 39-48: Repeat rows 6-8 three times.
Fasten Off.
Fringe
Cut 10 12-inch pieces of cranberry. Fold in half and pull folded end through a large loop at end of wrap before the first Treble X. Pull ends through fold and tighten knot.
Rep in every 3rd space between Treble X-stitches.
Finishing
Block as desired.
