Crocheted with lightweight yarn, this scarf strikes the perfect balance — providing warmth from the wool while remaining comfortably lightweight, making it an excellent choice for outdoor strolls in unpredictable spring weather. Designed with beginners in mind, it employs only single and double crochet stitches without any increases or decreases. Minimal finishing ensures a hassle-free creation, welcoming anyone — even those with limited crochet experience — to bring this scarf to life.

Finishing
Weave in all ends
Fringe (optional)
- Cut 64 pieces of yarn around 10” (25 cm) in length
- Insert hook into stitch:
- Grab yarn with hook, make sure the hook is in the middle of the strand
- Pull yarn partway through
- Grab the 2 yarn tails with your hook and pull though
- Repeat all the way across both ends of the scarf (total 64 times)
- Cut fringe to be more even in length, how even you make it is totally up to you, I personally prefer it when they’re all close to the same length but not exactly
Hi, you start each row with a double crochet into the last stitch (which is a single crochet) of the previous row
Hope this helps!
