Hook: US size F/5 (3.75 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
Notions: Tapestry needle

Special Stitches

Shell: (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in same st.
Crab Stitch: Working left to right, insert hook in next stitch to the right, complete as sc.
Fptr: Front post treble crochet.
Fpdtr: Front post double treble crochet.
Fpslst: Front post slip stitch.

Pattern Notes

Ch-3 counts as 1 dc.
Ch-4 counts as 1 tr everywhere except Rnd 27, where is act as 1 dc + 1 ch.
When placing a shell in another shell, work in the ch-2 sp.
At beg of rnd, ch 2 + dc = dc2tog, a decrease.
