Pattern Notes
Foundation is worked in short stacked rows to create a scalloped and elastic circle that the rest of the cowl is built.
Body of the cowl is worked in joined rounds off one side of the stacked row foundation. Look for the hole at the base of the treble crochet rows when working Rnd 1.
