Pattern Notes
The purse is worked flat as one piece using the C2C method. The wrist strap is worked separately and assembled in the finishing stage. Add a zipper and optional diamante bow to recreate the purse as shown, using sewing thread in a matching color.

Wrist Strap
Ch 9.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc across. (8 sts at end of this row)
Rows 2-48: Ch 1, sc across.
Fasten off, leaving a long tail.
Finishing
Block pieces to dimensions shown. Set purse piece RS down and fold in half to bring Row 31 together with Row 1. Place a removable marker to upper LH corner to mark point where wrist strap will be added. Position zipper so that the pull meets the wrist strap when closed, and sew in place with sewing needle and pale pink thread. Zip closed, then use yarn and tapestry needle to sew up sides.
Place diamante bow or your choice of embellishment in center of the purse front, and secure with pale pink thread. Bring ends of wrist strap together in upper LH corner, remove marker and sew in place with yarn tail and tapestry needle.
