Lavender Crochet Heart Applique
MATERIALS
Yarn:
Patons Classic Wool Worsted (100% wool; 210 yards [192 meters]/100 grams): #77308 Wisteria (CB, 1 ball)
Hook: US size H/8 (5.0 mm) hook
Notions: Tapestry needle
Heart
With CB, ch 4, join with sl st to first ch to form ring.
Row 1: Ch 2, (3 tr, 3 dc, tr, ch 1, tr, 3 dc, 3 tr, hdc) in ring. Do not join.
Row 2: Turn, ch 1, sc in next 8 sts, 3 sc in ch-1 sp, sc in next 7 sts, sl st to ch-2 sp. Fasten off, leaving approximately 12” yarn tail for joining.

The easiest way would be to use a thicker yarn and a larger hook. Hope this helps!
