Bird
Lower Body
With C, ch 4, join into ring with sl st in first ch.
Row 1: Ch 1, 6 sc in ring, ch 3 (counts as dc here and throughout), turn – 6 sc.
Row 2: Dc in first sc, 2 dc in each of next 5 sc, ch 3, turn – 12 dc.
Row 3: Dc in first dc, (dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc) twice, dc in each of next 2 dc, (2 dc in next dc, dc in next dc) twice, 2 dc in last dc, ch 3, turn – 18 dc.
Row 4: Dc in first dc, (dc in each of next 3 dc, 2 dc in next dc) twice, (2 dc in next dc, dc in each of next 3 dc) twice, 2 dc in last dc –24 dc.
Fasten off.
Upper Body
With D, rep Rows 1-3 of Lower Body.
Fasten off.
Tail
With C, ch 13.
Row 1:Â Tr in 5th ch from hook, dc in next 2 ch, hdc in next 2 ch, sc in next 2 ch, sl st in last 2 ch, ch 1, turn.
Row 2:Â Working in front loops only, sl st in first 2 sl st, sc in next 2 so, hdc in next 2 hdc, dc in next dc, (dc, 2 tr) in next dc.
Fasten off.
