Finishing

With a tapestry needle and length of yarn, work an invisible seam technique to sew the headband piece around the plastic headband. I used the Ladder stitch which is a sewing technique. Position the puff pieces as in the image – the two large pieces will be placed at the top with one puff on either side of the middle. The medium pieces will be placed one on each side of the larger puff pieces. The smallest pieces will be sewn last and be placed at the end of the headband one each side of the medium pieces.

Sew the pieces when positioned making sure that before you sew the pieces fully closed you stuff the puff pieces to your desired firmness.

Weave in your ends and your headband is complete.
