With all MC poinsettias RS facing, place large poinsettia on a flat surface, alternating tip positions between tips of previous poinsettia, stack poinsettias decreasing in size and ending with small poinsettia. Cut 2 1-yard lengths of MC, *thread one end of one strand through tapestry needle, insert needle very closely beside any outer bead of Center and through rem 2 poinsettias, pulling yarn 1/2 way through. Thread opposite end of same strand through needle, insert needle under beaded center to outer edge on opposite side of Center and down through rem poinsettias. Turn piece to WS and pull both yarn ends very tightly and knot to secure.* Rep from * to * with 2nd strand MC, inserting needle crosswise from 1st strand placement to form an +.
Turn poinsettia over, with tip positions of CC poinsettia alternating from large MC poinsettia, use CC to sew RS of CC poinsettia to WS poinsettia.
This is gorgeous!
