Nanette Seale

When I am not playing with the grand babies or working ( self employed housecleaning business) then I am crocheting. Mostly I design my own patterns, but I do make a lot of toys for the kiddos for b/days and Christmas. For the toys I usually follow a publisshed pattern. This past holiday I made crochet dinosaurs for the boys and a Precious Moments doll for my 5 year old granddaughter. Now we are approaching the birthday marathon in my family so it keeps me busy and off the streets. As for my own designs there are always quite a few projects in the works. I’ve designed a lot of afghans, and most recently some baby designs. The ideas just keep growing. If only there were enough hours in the day to do them all.

Laila C2C Pillow

Laila is a good introduction to the C2C stitch pattern with just enough color changes to really get the hang of this stitch. The Hygge yarn is a dream to work with, so soft and yet sturdy. The overall design is fairly easy and quick to make.
