While my grandmother taught me how to crochet around the age of 9, I really didn’t pick it up as a craft until I was in my early 30’s. After several years of learning and experimenting with different techniques in crochet, I started designing for Cascade Yarns in 2013, and in 2016 I had a design published here on I Like Crochet. Self-published designs are slow in coming, but as I also work a full-time, non-design related job, I hope they are worth the wait.

The color changes within the Snow Blossoms Shawl make each motif different and create a wonderfully changing color palette throughout the entire shawl. Part of I Like Crochet’s Magnificent Motifs series, this easy pattern allows the crocheter complete control over the finished size of the finished piece.
