Carol was taught crochet by her grandmother many, many years ago but is a self-taught knitter. She loves to start with a basic idea and see where it takes her - knitting and crocheting for the fun of it - not necessarily for the final product. Born and raised in Colorado, she has lived in several other states and now resides Illinois with her husband and 2 cats. She has 3 grown children.
She has published patterns at Knit Picks, Ravelry, and in various Day-by-Day Crochet and Day-by-Day Knitting calendars.
