Row 1: Sc in the 11th ch from the hook, *ch 5, skip 3 ch, 1 sc in the next ch, repeat from * turn.
Row 2: Ch 5, skip first sc, 1 sc in ch 5 sp, *skip 1 sc, 7 sc in next ch 5 sp, skip 1 sc, 1 sc in next ch 5 sp, ch 5, skip 1 sc, 1 sc in next ch 5 sp, repeat from * to sc in last ch sp, ch 2, 1 dc in 6th ch from last sc of previous row, turn.
Row 3: Ch 6, skip (1 dc, 2 ch, 2 sc), *1 sc in next sc (second sc of 7 sc), ch 5, skip 3 sts, 1 sc in next sc (6th sc of 7 sc), ch 5, skip 2 sc, repeat from * ending with 1 sc, turn. Updated 8/15/2016

I can’t work this pattern even though it’s been updated. I am an experienced crocheted. Too bad. I really like the shawl.
I try to crochet this shawl but the pattern is not correct. You do not mention anything about dc in row to bot row 3 you told us to skip 1 dc 2 ch 1 sc, 1 dc crochet. Please profide me with the correct pattern
