Fold over cabled cuff so that the cable stitch is featured on the outside of the bootie. 
These booties are such cuties! I am trying to crochet them and wondered how to determine which end of the sole is the heel and which is the toe. The beginning of the “Top of the Shoe” says to attach the thread at the center of the heel but does not specify which end is which. That may be general knowledge but this is my first pair of booties so I have never run into this instruction before.
These are so adorable – would love this in adult size.
